Confirmed matching numbers by George Wander (pre-war Gold Star specialist who unfortunately passed away a couple of years ago) and also listed on his M24 website which is still active. This 1939 KM24 Gold Star is a fairly complete project as you will see on the photos.

The paint on the chassis parts are done to a high standard but would benefit from a layer of laquer to make it more durable.

The frame is solid and painted with a quality coat of black.

The chrome on all the parts is good and to a high standard.

The chrome on the petrol tank is good however it is uneven in places and if you were going for a concours restoration, you would want to take the chrome off, polish and re-apply. One screw hole for the right hand side tank badge has been closed with filler and would need to be located. All other three screw holes are good.

Engine and gearbox have been completely rebuilt. The engine turns over smoothly with very good compression.

Please see the photos for all parts coming with the Gold Star.

Missing bits that I notice are:

Handlebar
Oil tank cap (a quality replica can be purchased via the M24 website)
Ammeter
The remains of the speedo panel light in the tank panel. The bottom bit  is there but the top part is missing
Headlight
Rearlight
Spring for sidestand
Left hand side BSA lever
Choke/timing levers
Cables
